Skipping To The End

I’ve been struggling to read my bible again and I’ve realized that this happens if I don’t plan out the next book for me to read. So as of tomorrow, I will be reading Revelation.

I have never read this book before and I here it’s great so I suppose there’s no better time to begin than now. I will be posting a breakdown later today as to how I will be reading it and all those wonderful details, PLUS I’ll be posting summaries and my favorite verses everyday until I finish Revelation.

I will leave space for comments below on everything I post and if that doesn’t work then feel free to message me and questions or comments that you may have and I’ll answer them the best I can!

I’ll hashtag all the posts #readingrevelation so that you can find it easily!

Celebrating My Birthday!

Today is my birthday and I just want to thank God for bringing me into this world, for sacrificing His son so that he can forgive my sins and lead me to a better life. I am truly blessed and I have so much to be thankful for! I was able to wake up in my beautiful bed, get presents and spend the day with my mom and my aunt.

Some people aren’t able to do the same things that you can do. Make the most of your day and remember to thank God and to give him all the glory and all the honor! I’m so glad I’m on this Earth, there will always be bad times and good times, you just have to make the best of it.

Speaking of birthdays, I just want to encourage to treat people like it’s their birthday everyday and treat yourself that way too! People always try and push hard and make sure that they’re happy on this day, why can’t we do that everyday?

Remember to reflect God’s love onto others as He does onto you!

Don’t ever take small things like how you celebrate your birthday for granted. You aren’t lucky, you’re blessed!

Stay Dedicated

I’ve been struggling a lot lately to read the bible every day. Ever since I finished reading Mark, I’ve found it difficult to read Luke. I think it’s because I have now realised that Mark is one of the greatest books of the bible (:

What are some things that help you stay focused and disciplined when it comes to reading the bible?

“Watch out for the teachers of the law. They like to walk around in flowing robes and be greeted in the marketplaces, and have the most important seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at banquets. They devour widows’ houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. Such men will be punished severely.”
— Said by Jesus in Mark 12:38-40 (NIV)
